Program Supervisor

The program Supervisor manages and oversees program activities. She/he is involved in program planning and coordinating the support service work. This individual must be well-organized, highly self-motivated, outcome oriented and proactive. She/he is responsible for making sure all mandated reports (e.g. SIR) are completed and filed accurately on time. She/he may attend IPP and ISP meetings on a rotational basis with the program Director. Their most important responsibility is to coordinate and monitor support services for our clients. This person is the backup for all direct support services. The program Supervisor preferably has a college degree, a minimum of 2 years supervising experience and direct support services' experience in a supported living services program.

Direct Services Staff

This individual provides direct care and support to the developmentally disabled adult client. The direct sport specialist may attend IPP and ISP meetings. Ability to accurately record data and communicate in a team-oriented environment is required. This person must also have access to an automobile in good, safe working order, a valid California driver's license and current auto insurance. This person is also CPR and First Aid trained and certified
